Nicholas Bell is the founder of Manufactured Home Coach, an education and consulting company dedicated to helping families make informed decisions when buying a manufactured home.With more than 12 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry, Nicholas has designed over 70 manufactured home floor plans and contributed to the development of thousands of homes. His background has given him an in-depth understanding of home design, construction, dealership operations, and the complete home-buying process.Ironically, the idea for Manufactured Home Coach came after purchasing a manufactured home himself. Despite working in the industry, Nicholas and his wife experienced many of the same frustrations buyers face every day—including poor communication, unexpected costs, and a lack of clear guidance throughout the process. That experience revealed a major gap between what industry professionals know and what consumers are told before making one of the biggest purchases of their lives.Determined to close that gap, Nicholas founded Manufactured Home Coach with a simple mission: to make the manufactured home buying process transparent, understandable, and less stressful.Today, he helps buyers navigate every stage of the journey through his 100% free content on Youtube and social media.
